부르즈 칼리파는 아랍에비리트의 두바이에 건설된 빌딩으로서 전체 높이는 830m이다. 2004년 9월 21일 착공하여, 2008년 3월, 160층을 마무리하였다.

착공 38개월 만인 2008년 4월 8일 높이 630m에 도달하였다. 나머지 부분은 첨탑이다. 시행사는 두바이의 에마르이고, 한국의 삼성물산(주) 건설 부문으로 시공사에 참여하여 3일에 1층씩 올리는 방법으로 세계의 주목을 끌었다.
